Who’s Behind the NCS?
The NCS is part of the Cannabis and Health Research Initiative, a collaboration between two organizations with years of experience in medicinal cannabis research: Johns Hopkins University and Realm of Caring. Together, they’re building a registry of medicinal cannabis use and outcomes that will inform current and future cannabis research, policy and best practices.
All study procedures are subject to oversight by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and covered by a certificate of confidentiality (CoC).
The National Cannabis Study (NCS) is a collection of firsthand experiences with medicinal cannabis. If you’re beginning to use cannabis for medicinal purposes, consider participating.
