Cannabis Use Questionnaire (CUQ)
The Cannabis Use Questionnaire (CUQ) is a comprehensive assessment of cannabis use behavior intended for current cannabis users (use of cannabis at least once in the past 30 days). The questionnaire measures the full array of retail and prescription cannabis/cannabinoid products and captures the chemotype (e.g., THC-dominant, CBD-dominant), intended route of administration, and dose for all cannabis products used. The CUQ matches the unit of measure to the product type in order to maximize the validity of dose quantification due to industry differences in product characterization (e.g., % THC concentration for inhaled products vs mg THC for edibles).
The CUQ is free to use and is available for export for use in Qualtrics, REDCap, as well as in a Word document that shows all programming logic for use in custom database platforms.
